HELP MAKE LIFE MORE AFFORDABLE

Rosemary knows that everyone in our community works hard to get by. That’s why she works hard every day to find ways to help make life more affordable for all of us.

She’s started by stopping tax increases we can’t afford, helping fix the state’s unfair education funding formula to ensure our schools receive more money to help property taxpayers, and bringing strong fiscal discipline to the budget to control spending.

Rosemary has also worked to stop extreme policies and unleash Pennsylvania energy – all to combat rising utility bills.

PROTECT OUR COMMUNITIES

Rosemary is a lifelong resident of northeast PA and understands the special character of our community.

That’s why – with data centers targeting our region – Rosemary has put forth a common-sense, comprehensive plan to protect residents and communities, including a moratorium on data center development because there are still too many unanswered questions.

She has also helped secure important grant funding for needed infrastructure improvements and environmental initiatives to protect our natural resources. Most importantly, Rosemary continues to meet with local officials, community and civic groups, and residents to hear their concerns and develop solutions.

IMPROVE EDUCATION

Rosemary’s record on education is clear: she has been a strong supporter of students, parents, and schools.

In the Senate, she has voted for record investment in education and worked to increase innovation, accountability, and choice – as well as to give parents a stronger voice and increase parental involvement in schools.

Rosemary also knows that not everyone benefits from the same education which is why she supports traditional, home, technical, and vocational schooling options for students.

HELP CREATE JOBS

Rosemary knows the best thing we can do to help our families is make sure they have the opportunity to secure good-paying jobs.

As our State Senator, she has fought for policies to make that happen by supporting small businesses and making PA more competitive in the fight to attract job creators. Rosemary has also worked across the aisle to reduce our highest-in-the-nation corporate income tax, ensure a fair and predictable regulatory system, create an education system that prepares people with the skills employers need, and make the state a supporter of entrepreneurs instead of a roadblock.

KEEP US SAFE

Rosemary knows we all want to feel safe in our homes and communities.

As Senator, she stood against radicals who wanted to defund our police and supported responsible law enforcement – with funding for increased training and the resources needed to do the job. She has also delivered important support and grants to local police, fire fighters and EMS companies.

Rosemary also works to bring together law enforcement and residents as partners in fighting crime, and supports policies that ensure real criminals are punished for the harm they do to our communities, and victims’ rights are never ignored.
