Why? Because as a working mom and the daughter of older parents, she understands the challenges and concerns we all share – and makes addressing them her top priority as our voice in Harrisburg. Most importantly, she never plays politics or partisan games – focusing instead on finding common ground to reach common-sense solutions.

A resident of Monroe County for nearly 50 years, Rosemary is a graduate of East Stroudsburg High School and the University of Scranton. After earning her degree, she entered the private sector in executive management positions, first in the retail industry, then in the sales sector of the pharmaceuticals industry. Then, concerned about the future of our communities, she made the decision to dedicate herself to helping others.
